In need of 61.5, 110, and 119 channel list

I am located in Toronto and in need of a workable 61.5, 110, 119 channel list w/EPG. If anyone has it, please post it up and let me know. Thanks!!!

I've uploaded the channel list and make sure the disqec number is correct and I have choose Standard instead of Single SL, but I didn't get any picture. It just said scramble channel. What's the method did you use to get it working? I am currently using 256 bin. I simply load your channel list with Channel Master and upload it. Is there anything I have to modify or change after the upload?
