Srambled or bad channel

why do i get this message "Srambled or bad channel" when i try to view VNUS channels.

i had the same problem but don't know what to do next. did you get yours fix? if so, please advice what i should do next. thanks.

I noticed that it happens to all channels on the channel list that no longer exist. What I did to fix the problem was re-boot (on/off switch on the back of receiver), and delete the bad channels. Don't know if this is the best way to fix the problem, but it worked for me.
