why doesn't answer a proper question with a proper answer? You posted two keys, say it works, people tell you that it doesn't on the 2500 and 2700. So what then?

This info is posted under many thread, I just thought some people who visited the 2700/3500 forum may want to see it. If you don't know or understand what new N2 keys are and what to do with them then you need to do alot more reading. N2 keys are universal, all receivers have to use the same N2 keys.

You post the fix to the problem and still get slammed by people because it wasn't spoon feed enough.

i don't have the N2 option on my pansat 2700a. i tried changing the keys on the nagravision option and they did not work. am i missing something?

Yep! Bin 118 reseted to the default keyz.

Just follow the instructions icluded with the bin 118. When you are at the key screen select the dish network profile and in the key number scroll to right until you see Nagravision-2 at the upper left corner. You are goin to have a set for 00 and 01. Follow the instructions carefully.
