jtag problem

hello
i been trying to jtag my pansat 2500 with SKYMAX_up1.3.exe but evry time it give me this message (FAIL DCU, Pease restart or reset CPU Box) so any one can tell what i do to fix it
and i tried jkeys but it did not work to
any help

is the j-tag cable one you made if so the connections are probably wrong,once it`s correct skymax recognized it right away after that it`s easy as 1,2,3.

no i bought this one and i did use it before and it did work on another pansat 2500
