Problem with new bin

After upload new bin my 3500 reset and keep flashing a 6-70 on led screen. It wont start or let me go to menu. Help

What bin did you install?

I used the new bin posted 118_api(N)

Try to flash it again,check the doownloader works properly.

How can I reflash from sd card if I can't acces the menu?

Do it using a null cable,but try to turn it off at the back side,wait around 2 min and turn it on again.Tell me what happens.

Ok, I regain access to menu after I download 119 bin to my 3500 using GTRom 3.36 loader and cable.
Something goes wrong usin 118 bin posted by bogus and receiver locks up.
Still, channels are down. Should I input new keys manually?
