Help I'm trying, but nothing

First, when I conect the receiver, with the new bin, its start getting the proggramming. After that the tv go black and nothing happends. I'm using a SW-44 switch of dish network. I don't know if that has something to be.

Second, how I put the list of channel that the guys here put on the site, How I can put it on the recievers I need to do something or what?
