Pansat 2500 Help Needed. Thanks

Hi,
Someone hep me please. Here is my information:
HW: Pansat 2500 A, Legacy Dish Quad LNB, PANSAT DiSeqc, RG 6 cables.
SW: Bin file- X_85BL_051109_257_NZip, Window 2000, Channel Master list Tool, T5-110,110,65 channel list from Eipsito (not sure about the name) on this web site.
I can not get the all channels work (NEWS, PPV, PORN, ...) and if they work they do not work all the time (scramble signals message)
* Even though my LEVEL is 78%, my QUALITY is from 80-99%
* When I turn on receiver with good QUALITY signal, in order to see picture I have to turn off RECEIVER and BACK on again
* Once the picture is on if I change channel to the next one or go from 110 to 119 channels and vice versa. I lost the signal or I have same channel work now but after flipping channels and going back same channel later, it not working.
I already change the DiSEq, switch to different LNB1,2,3,4, my RG6 cable is good. I do not have this problem before. Do I need to use right WINDOW Version ? (2000, XP, ...). Thanks in advance

You have to make sure your switch settings are the same on the receiver, on the switch, and on the channel list. If they are not set with each other, you will get that problem. If 119 lnb is connected to switch port 1, the pansat setup has to have 119 set to 1, and the channel list has to have 119 set to 1.
