hi all have do all of the things ect. have a good signal 92% qlty 98% but can get most of the channels and some 110 are black screen. when i set back to factor spec and select the 8.6 and 7 sat do a scan it hangs up at about 43% complet. i let it runs for 2 hrs and still at 43% scan the echo7 and goes sll the way. any help

i had the same problem today, i reset the box, using the on/off button on the box and loaded a different channel list. it seemed to work fine after that.
