lost some 110's and 119's

Pansat 2500A was working fine-for some unknown reason,lost not all but some 110's and 119's yet some still work.Tried rebooting reciever by turning the power off while on a station that was working then turning power back on but that didn't work. Do I need to reprogram reciever and if so - do I need to flash reciever back to virgin mode before doing so? Or is there any other fixes I should try?

I couldnt understand if you turned the switch in the back of the pansat off and left it off for like 5 minutes then turn it back on and wait for it to boot up. That has happened to me before try it
