On the NBA channels it said "scrambled or bad channel". Since all other channels "or most of them" are coming in it seams to me that something else must be done to view the NBA channels. Does anyone know how to fix the problem or what is going on? Thanks

try power cycle with the ON/OFF switch on the back.
