yes it is possible but you will experience some tiling on some of the channels/transponders and no signal on others. I am further south in Barbados and do get about 75 channels with a 4foot dish mainly the stronger satellites. ie TMC and several networks and some spanish programming incl Playboy.
A six foot is better that is what most of us are using or a 10foot cband with a ADl feed will also work.
