Well, I finally adjusted my satellite and it went through fine, but I'm having one problem. I cannot flash my ird with Pansat's tool. Is there any other way that I may flash it with the bin!? Thanks again!!!

Can you give us more detail on your problem. Does it give any error message?

There several things you can check on.

Make sure you are using serial straight thru cable DB9 female-to-female. NO null modem.

Use the original Factory Pansat 2500a bin and downloader.exe

In the downloader.exe program:
STB model: Pansat 2500A

I would use the orginal bin and load to the receiver. This way you have a fresh start. Then load your fix.
