Uploading Channel List???

I was fortunate in finding a real good channel list for my area - I'd like to learn how to upload it to an additonal reciever - I don't want to screw anything up so I'm asking for help. When using g_tools I saw where it's says download/ upload. On my new reciever,do I have to download a new bin before uploading the channel list to it , or can I just upload the entire program that is on my current receiver all at once without having to doing anything else? (Both recievers are Pansat 2500A's) Thanks to anyone who can help!!! - fltr01

check it out man when I uploaded my channel list to my receiver
I took these steps

1st I deleted my present channels from my pansat so when I turn it on it says "ON"

2nd disconnected everything from the back

3rd connect it to your compueter

4 open Gtools open your channel list

5 right click anywhere on the satellite side, scroll down to tools then move into STB connect click it then in the option menu click write

6 wait for pansat to finish download and to reboot and that it

ohh yeah I would download the latest bin and then flash the pansat only because I ve never done data transfer from pansat to pansat. Good luck

remember first flash then upload channels
