Looping to 2nd receiver

I'm not sure if I'm doing this the right way, I found an old post on something simular it looked like they might have had 2 diseq switches.

My living room receiver is receeiving signal from the dish outside via diseq switch #1 110 , 2# 119 works fine.
I'm using the "if output" connection to my second receiver up stairs. both receivers have the exact settings:
LNB type: standard
LNB freq.: 11250
22 khz: off
diseq: # 1 110, #2 119
skew: 0
tp:
Postitioner: disabled
sat scan: all

If my living room receiver is off I can watch both sats. 110, 119 upstairs
If my living room receiver is on I can only watch that sat 110, or 119 upstairs
Do I need another diseq switch? or change some setting?

You need another switch from the lnb to have both opperate alone.

I'm still a lil confused do I need a total of 2 switches?
or 4 switches?
1 switch for 110
1 switchffor 119
1 switch for receiver #1
1 switch for receiver # 2

if you have a dishpro lnb, just go straight from the lnb to the reciever without any switch, if you don't have a dishpro need 2 4x1 or 2 2x1 to make them work.

How to link up 2 switches from LNB, do we need a splitter or adapter? I don't see anything available from the shop. I saw one 4X2 switches at Radio Shack and cost $80. Please advsie any other solution.

like i said if you have a dishpro you don't even need a switch, just cable from one lnb to the receiver cause they have internal switch, if you don't then you need a 4x2 or 2 dual lnb and 2 switch, i don't recommend the 4x2 cuz of to many switching probs.
