How Do I Setup "Dummy Sat" ?

I want to add a Dummy Sat. I know how to add the Dummy Sat and move it up to the top of the list. My question is when I add sat, in Channel Master a box pops up and asks me to name the sat and there are several more boxes listed and I dont know what to put in them.

It does not matter. Call it DUMMY and don't worry about the other information because you will never use it.

you don't have to worry about it, cause you will never use it for channels, that's why is called "dummy"

oh boy,and oldie thread.
this "dummy" file was used back then for dido smith channel lists.
the reason for that at the time was because for some reason he removed all the other unused sats in the lists.the pansats didn't work well when that was done,so people filled in the sat list with just one unused sat name that corrected the problem.thus they just named it "dummy" in that it was its only purpose.
those who did their own scans never had to mess with this.
lesson learned or should have been learned back then was to not remove the unused birds in the sat list.
