need help with pansat 9200HD

I have A pansat 9200HD and 2 18” B*V dishes connected to the Pansat switch I received with the system. I am not receiving any channels on either dish all I get is the 'Scrambled or bad channel' information. Both sats have good signal and quality. When I do a scan, all I seem to get are b*v channels for both. I have tried resetting the system to the factory default with no luck. I have installed the bin that came out the 19th. I have double-checked the alignment of both sats also. This is getting really frustrating.
So what settings do I need to receive from both sats. One post said something about having the switch on, how??

what sats are u trying to get.

Concentrate on getting the system up with just a single dish and ther go from there ... reduce the chance for errors and complications and build from there.

change one of the disq switches to port 2

Are you using a switch to combine both dishes into the receiver?

Tried that, since the echo sat is is on #2 it was the 1st setting I used, but then I have 0 quality and when I try to get the EPG or a channel said "no signal". I uploaded the latest bin this morning and now I do have b*v. What is the Nimicq is locked message
