freez fix !
new bins are fine but autoroll seems to kick in every 5 minutes so to fix it enter 8282 then autoroll off and voila every thing shoud be fine!

Reason: fixed 2828 to correct 8282 for ya.;)

new codes? if you are refering to 2828 is just a code to get to your autoroll directly thas it!1

that is how you get to the key codes on the coolsats not the pansats!

i can tell you that that is the pansat code, and yes it will fix the problem and no there is no post on the subject in the pansat section !

Sorry to disappoint you guys, but autoroll has nothing to do with freezing.
These are 2 different problems...and 1 will not fix the other.
A new bin will be your only hope this time...

that is correct junk if you turn your auto roll off then your subject to lose television if an ecm occurs. just deal w/ the freezing, its just the keys changing, only a few seconds. when all the keys change or roll over the freezing will stop.

Your half right...if you turn autoroll off...and the keys change...it will go down (unless you turn it back on & do a power reboot to make it roll...OR....enter the keys manually).
The ECM (you speak of) has already happened...this is why we are freezing now.
We will not see this freezing problem go away until we get a new bin.
I heard CaptiveWorks put out a fix for this yesterday...so we are all just waiting our turn for a fix.
