ok, so im doing this for a friend, ive never used a pansat reciever in my life ... the only thing im used to is programimg cards .. but anyway ... he bought the pansat 2500a, and got the guy to set it all up for him and stuff, and when he took it home, it didnt work ... and now the guy wont talk to them ... so i thought id check it out for him ... so ive got this reciever all hooked up and stuff, my question is, what do i do now ? the satellite signal is in the 70's ... but i dont have a picture .... why ? quality is 0 .... .. what do i do ? id appreciate all the help, and i realize you must get questions like this all the time, but i have no clue who to talk to, to get this thing goin for him ..
