So far the only diff I see is no cold reboot every 30-40 mins to see EPG. EPG is still max 2 hrs, chans are renamed after TP autoscan. Yellow botton not functional.

I have tried it.. it adds an "Autoupdate option" to your 2700. To see it go to MENU then PARENT CONTROL, then SECON PIN. It hads options to turn on - Keycode (not sure what this is yet), - Disnet Autoroll, BEV autoroll and Globalcast Autoroll. Default setting is to h ave all ON -- Im not going to mess with that until I figure our if this BIN is good. So far -- the EPG seems to be much faster... still does not show all channels.... This PIN, unlike my last bin used, does NOT seem to keep time well. After only 30-mins -- it has lost 3-mins already. If Im doing something wrong (with the time)-- let me know.

Once in awhile after the unit is turned on this happen. The autoupdate keeps flashing the message autoTP update and you can't make it stop. The remote is out of commission and the only way to get rid of it is to turn the unit off using the switch in the back.

What a hassle. I'm going back to 146

148 is working pervect for me.
i have 6-8 hrs of epg on every channle.
pluss up to like who knows how many days dl per channle(up to 2 and a half)
tested myself.
works great.
its now very very important for dp users to have dish pro set to dish pro in settings!!!!!!!!!! or epg will not work!!!!!!!!!

The 147 is in the forum, 148 screws up the channel list. Moves and renames channels.

I know I' m going to hear it from somebody, but were is the 147 bin, I don't settle for the "Go to the download post" cuz it won't let me log in, soundz weird? ok well does anyone have it, and would it work with Beverly, thank you all in advance
