Channels upload

I have a Pansat 2700A and now that we can not see TV I'm playing with it and for the first time I used the upload function. It suppose to be a Channel data file and what I got is a BIN file. What this means, please help

that feature is used when you want to transfer channel list from receiver to receiver. bin is the file used to make your receiver function and view fta and non-fta cahnnels so to speak, don't click on Factory Reset cuz you'll loose all your channels

HI IS ANY ONE CAN TELL ME BEL 82 IS WORKING OR NOT ON NIMIQ 1.2 OR NIMIQ 1.3 AND WHERE TO ADD BEV KEYS AND HOW.
ONLY DISH LOCAL CHAN IS WORKING. I'DON'T SEE NIMIQ1 & 2 IN FTA.
