Skew questions

1) I just set up a new S*p Di*h and its pointed at 110, 119 & 121. The question I have is the instructions state to set the shew at 120. I calculated my skew for each sat based on my location and they are 30, 29 and 22 respectfully. The 30 degree matches well with the 120 dish postion mark since its 30 degrees from vertical. You can only set the dish at one skew position and I assume its a choice of one or the other positions centered on a individual sat or splitting it in between. Does any one have some suggestion here on where would be the best overall dish skew position to cover all three sats?

2) Also, I have adjusted the individual sat skew positions at the 30, 29 and 22 on the reciever for each respective sat. Should I be setting it at the same degree as I choice from the above question or is this right way on the receiver?
