Lost EPG
so without switching bins, the epg that is supposed to load on startup is gone on both the 2500 and 3500...hmmm

mine is doing the same also. i dont know why its doing that now. since the last key change.
IN order for the Epg to work properly the clock must be set right and loading sequence will begin after shutting off the unit & clicking okay
the tv listings are still showing but lagged

Mine lag as well on the 2500. (programs don't show up right away on the EPG grid) I loose power so manytime a day that I'm thinking on getting a UPS just for it. It does go through the normal cycle of asking do I want ot losd EPG on its initial power-up but before I can press OK or CANCEL....it goes right into TV veiwing. Are you setting the right time zone? I haven't checked mine in a while to see if that has slipped to a different zone.

Try resetting the box, flip the switch in the back. Mine has had hiccups and that fixed them before. just an idea.
