Seems to me that most people who visit their site would assume that "SHIPS IN 24 HOURS" means just that - it ships within 24 hours from receipt of order.

Payment takes time to clear??? I would wager that virtually everyone on this site who has writen in these forums about their difficulty in receiving orders from FTAPROS paid via CREDIT CARD!! No doubt you have purchased products online and I assume from FTAPROS also, did you not pay with credit card? - when you checked out did you not realize that your payment had ALREADY CLEARED and that you were provided with a transaction number or approval number??
You are not alone in attempting to come up with excuses for this company - almost all the moderators and site helpers have made similar statements or excuses to try and placate unsatisfied customers of fta pros.
AND THE AMAZING THING IS IT IS APPARENTLY WORKING - BECAUSE IN THIS THREAD I READ POSTS BY FTA CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING THAT THEY HAVE NOT GOTTEN THEIR ORDERS PLACED WEEKS AGO AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT THE COMPANY
THEN THEIR ORDER SHOWS UP 2 OR 3 WEEKS LATE FROM WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN RECEIVED AND THESE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY thanking ftapros for coming through - boggles my mind people I guess those thanks were coming from what, the fact that the company was only a few weeks late?? - didn't communicate with you?? OR BECAUSE THE WORST CASE SCENARIO THAT YOU HAD BEEN THINKING DIDN'T COME TRUE -THEY DIDN'T JUST DEFRAUD YOU, VIOLATE FEDERAL LAW AND TOTALLY RIP YOU OFF - IS THAT WHAT YOU WERE THANKING THEM FOR?

DOESN'T THAT BOTHER THE OWNER OF THIS SITE AND THE MODERATORS AND SITE HELPERS THAT YOUR SITE SPONSOR WHO CONTINUES TO HAVE A PROMINENT BANNER AD ON YOUR SITE AND WHO YOU ALL CONTINUE TO RECOMMEND TO ABADSS MEMBERS IS NOT LIVING UP TO THE CLAIMS ON THEIR WEB SITE AND HAVE NOT FOR MANY MONTHS -

Whats the excuse for that one - that they are so successful and overwelmed with business that they have not had time to change or update their site? Anyone who has ever made a web page let alone built a site including the webmaster here knows that it would not take over 20 to 30 minutes to update the ftapros website and replace the false claims with either no claims (ships in 24 hours) or a more realistic time frame -
