Neusat Support = Dead Topic

u guys are missing the entire point. Neusat was dead prior to us even picking it up. It had no support of any kind. As we stated earlier we will get around to it when we get around to it. Our priority has always and will alsoway be IKS unit which is neosat ipro2k. we will get around to neusat when time permits. We dont have to do crap for it if we dont want to. The unit is no longer carried/sold/imported anything we do for it is based on pure will on our part. Its not EZ work considering entire source is not made available to us but instead a lot of it is in lib's. Anyhow long story short we will get to it when we get to it and if you dont linke it than why dont you code for it yourself?

And that's why i sold my Ipro , they were full of promises and said they took over the Neusat brand and name, beware of that brand and stay away from it. so the bottom line is neusat is dead and time to move on and buy another receiver make sure the next receiver has good support like viewsat or sonicview

my question to neosat why carry the name of neusat. if you are not going to do crap for the receiver, with posts like the one stated on your last post. why would i even think about buying neosat product. i work in retail and customor service is what helps move your product. just my opinion, i am done with this topic go vs and sv

This is an old cp which has been posted on here before. It seemed amazing when they announced the merger too code for both. Just getting everyones hopes up it seems. Hopefully for the guys that bought based on that, they will one day start to support it.

As many of you may already know the name NEOsat is a trademark protected name, (I "believe" there is an APPLE issue), here in North America. As such they have been issued with an order to STOP using the name NEOsat. Given that the same people are now behind Neusat & NEOsat, the decision was made to STOP production of any further NEOsat products. ANY new models released will be done so under the Neusat name. The support for the NEOsat will continue and the Neusat support will also continue. No doubt at some point the files may be changed to reflect which unit they are for, (perhaps iPRO v 8.67 etc etc etc.). Therefore, at some point there will also be a change in the ****** forums to reflect these changes.

We expect at some point to MERGE the Neusat and NEOsat forums into one forum and the sub forums will still reflect which receiver they are for. So at this point NOTHING will change but be advised it will change soon.

It also appears that the "owner" of the NEOsat brand simply turned his operations over to the Neusat people and returned to Korea. there have been several reports from dealers/distributors they are experiencing "issues" contacting the upper of Neusat of late. It is also true that V2 is NO LONGER providing support, (bins), for either brand. There are now 2 coders of "european" backgrounds providing the work, which would also explain all the "turbulence" of late.

any old files working for neusat 6000 premium

forget about all neusats they are dead. talk to neosat/neusat there will be no more support for neusat including regular premeium and hd. they want to make deals if you want to trade in your old neusat for a neosat ipro2000 plus they will knock off 130.00 off the new receiver. the receiver runs about 249.00. my question is do you trust neosat/neusat. what kind of support are they going to have, for the last year they havent any. for now stick with sonicview and viewsats great products and support

neusats are up and runnin again all the info i was hearing and reading was totaly false and rumors. way to go coders for neusat. neusats are a decent receivers hopefully the files will come out steadily now i know of a lot peopole that have these boxes laying around

as far as i can see their is no nuesat fix yet to counter yesterdays ecm. lastest fix is from 4-5 days ago

Just want to confirm, is bin sp6038 pre no longer working? Mine stopped working 2 days ago but still was generating the keys up to last night. Do you know anything else or do you know where I can get more info?

yes 6038 is not working. no old files are not working, the previous post says it neusat coders are working on a fix it would be out shortly. how long dont know it is out when it is out the last fix was 3months if that tells you anything ?

I read all the threads but sometimes I don't know certain lingo like "cardless" so I wasn't sure if my receiver was in this category.
