Is it safe to say
that this is pretty much the end for SV4000? It's been a great box.I may need some therapy after throwing it out.

Re: Is it safe to say
Look around the flea market or yard sale for a 30" ANT, get an linear LNB and point it 97 or 123 for the basement or guest room; too good a box to retire, yet

Re: Is it safe to say
You can still use your SV4000 unit if you get yourself a 36" dish and a motor. Then the sky will be yours.

Re: Is it safe to say
I'll have to read up on that(36 in dish and motor).I'm just waitng for some of the dust to settle from all the IKS stir, don't want to jump on the wrong wagon.

Re: Is it safe to say
THe SV4000 unit was/is a great receiver ... might want to look at the SV Elite with the iHUB add on if you are in the market for a new unit.

Re: Is it safe to say
That's most likely what's going to happen.I'm just not a big fan of IKS.I have a Nfusion Nova that I really didn't use very much because of it.

Re: Is it safe to say
Do some reading and review what is working and by what means ... that's the best way to determine what is BEST for you.
