If no new fix available,than can I get help to find why I don't have signal ? quality is good and I can see all the program available,when I click on any channel I have red bar said no signal. any help. Thanks.

I'd wait for a fix before tweaking anything. But, if your signal bar is gone in yor sat setup, then you've got no power to the lnb. Shouldn't have a Q bar either.
