EPG - No Info - ABA DSS

Hi everyone. I just realized that some channels still display "No Information" esp. ACMAX(313), 5-MAX(314), 323-330, 341-347, etc. although they are showing programs. I just do not know what I am watching.
Please advice. Thank you.

had the same thing happen on my sv 4000. just reboot and all will be good

yes do that and put the channel 245 for 5 minutes and it will give you 7 days

I have turned the rear switch many many times already for other reasons, scanned the SATS many times in the span of 2 weeks, still have "No Information" message in some premium channels and DO NOT display display full 4-7 days on EPG.

read what Jose said either use 245 or 200 and all will be fine

In other threads, people told members to stay on Channel 200, 100,101, now local channels(241,243,243, etc.) I did all these but I do not get full 7-day EPG. On the channels I mentioned earlier like ACMAX, 5-MAX, all TMCX, most STRZC channels display "no information" for 24 hours on, from day 1 on. As I said earlier, there is program showing, but I just do not know what I am watching.
Please note, I have done turning off/on the rear switch (that's common sense like computer), re-scanned the sats, but only these channels I mentioned stayed without information.
Please another possible causes/solutions.

stay on 200
shut the box off for like 5 or 10 minutes
reboot it
watch it populate

Hi tnc917. What you adviced did not work. I'm still having this "No Information" on most premium channels. Also I do not get more than 2days of EPG on SV4000. I was wondering if I need to turn ON the "stand-by mode EPG" on one of the settings.
Also, do I need to turn ON the "stand-by mode Autoroll" in one of the settings?
Please advice.

Hi guys, I have fixed the "No information" issue by deleting all the channels and rescanning the sats. And I am also getting full 7-day EPG by keeping the channel on 239 for more than 10 minutes. Try doing these if you have similar problems.
