Programing a new SV4000

Hey all...I have spent a decent amount of time trying to look through the many threads on how to setup the inital programing for my SV4000 unit that I just got...I already have one and it gets 82 91 110 and 119 birds...I had the guy I bought my original receiver off of, program it as well (for $30) ...but this time I got a good deal off someone else but the dont program them...not sure where to even start...If anyone could give me some tips/help or even point me to a thread that already covers this it would be much appreciated...

heres a shortcut, the fastest way to load is using a usb stick so if you dont have one pick one up

ok..so i can just use the most recent file...i thought it was just an update to a main upload that was done..thanks
