Trying to force load factory bin
I have did what the info says..connect reconnect..Did all it said..but still will not start download..Any Ideals....

jose..I have the sw4000...while using the usb port the other nite..(downloading the New Bin...It stb just went blank..So Im told to do a Force load with the Null cable from my PC..****ing the channel loader..can't get the Factory Bin to transfer to the stb....

ok if you have the instructions follow it to the letter. In order to get it to start loading the box has to be of and the loader and file has to be ready to go. Using the loader hit connect, load file then turn the box on and it should start doing its thing. Wait for it to finish then reboot on its own.

Im trying letter for letter..can't get the transfer to run at all...Is this something that thats a while to load or what

your box does power up right? You do have it turned off from the back switch prior to loading right?

it shows downloading in the box...BUT.. the little bars that show transfer are not showing up....

happened to me with my vs ultra so i did a hard reboot with the usb in the stb and that solved my problem...hope this works for you

Tried both ports...changed cables twice..started from start..Don't know whats going on...Maybe stb shot????????? any ideals
