HI ALL I have a sv 4000 with charlie and bev. i get a full guide for charlie but am having a hard time with bev. I tried disconnecting bev and scanning charlie and vice versa but have dual channels on bev with very little guide info

Jackass44, Hi. just go to channel 2211,2212,2507,2559,2616,2621 & 2627 anyone of those channels for B3V and leave it on there for a few minuets and it will fill up your EPG all those channels have the guide on them, make sure you have set the automatic EPG update in your user section to on, if you switch of your receiver it will still update your EPG. Another way to go is go to Sats button on the remote and hit BEV sat only then go to channel 212 and let it set for a while you will get the EPG, don't forget to set it back to all Sats OK, you can only get the EPG while your on the that Sat: IE watching DN will only get DN EPG to get B3V you must be on that Sat. PS with the 4000 EPG is automatic you don't have to scan. if you have dual channels you must deleat all channels on B3V Sat and do a rescan, I go into menu- sats and I turn of the other Sats LNB's that I am not scanning this gives you a clean scan with no interferance give it a try and let us know if you get it Ok.
