Cycles on and off

I have a 4000, and it will not stay on. It comes on and displays on the box ---- then it displays 1200, then B and then it goes off. I have tried to force flash it by turning power off on back, inserting flash drive, holding ok button down on receiver and powering it back up, but it will not catch, keeps doing the same thing over and over. Any ideas?

here is the loader and you need a null cable

load on the factory file do it 2 times then after that use the cable still and load on the newest file
