SonicView Softkey Maker 2.02 crucial bugfix
Sorry for so many releases, please feel free to delete the other ones. There was a major problem with the first 2.x releases relating to linefeed formatting. Everything should work perfectly now. This should be the last release of 2.0 until it makes some more noticable improvements....
Generates an updated SonicView .key file ready to load to your box from online sources. Useful during the occasional AR downtime or AR freezing before updated BINs are available. "Special" 05/06 providers supported.

Fixed a crucial bug where files were being written with an extra CR in front of CRLF and thus not formatted correctly. Result of different in meaning of "\n" between compiling in linux and windows.
