Bev Black screen on HD channels

Hello is there going to be a fix for the SV8000 on the Bev HD channels? I only have a few most are no info in guide & black screen. Or is it just my unit. I have done the reset reloaded the bin & did the flip bettween channels no go.

Sounds like your scanning the wrong sat.
Make sure the sat in the upper right corner of the screen
matches the one your wanting to scan.
I had this problem a couple of times, once because of
switches, and another time because my motorized dish
had moved to another sat.

Well I did a factory reset again and loaded the latest charlie fix bin and set up my dish setting again did a blind scan now all works good. I guess the charlie fix helped my Bev HD problem. I was probally me somehow I went wrong. I notice some channels are doubled and say no info. Is there a way to get rid of this? I only scanned once. Thanks

I have the same problem with no info and double channels. Some one said to do a scan sat, the red button, but that didn't seem to help. I read somewhere that a channel list needs to be loaded to fix this problem, but I don't know how to do that yet.

You have to do a factory reset and then a channel scan
