What am I doing wrong??? No luck at all

Ok guys back to the roof this morning, I am ready to get this done today,

I have the setup up on the roof except for the tv which is now on the ground pointing up at me, so there is no interference.

setup on my sv8k with the 8psk installed with the newest BIN installed

for my 110/119 dish I am using a dish 1000 pro plus. I now have it wired in correctly, for my 129 I am using a single lmb on a dish 500 dish, it is on the right side of the 2 arms.

I am using a Diseqc 2.0 also. And I also have my SKEW set correctly according to dishpointer.com

For Strenth on 129 it is stuck at 55 and I can't pull any quality no matter what I point it at.
