factory reset screwed up sv8000!?!!!

have a sv8000hd + dish 1000.2

had to do a factory reset and having problems. i can't select ocs-dp in the settings menu, therefore no tp or sats settings that i need!
also, when attempting to scan in the usb, the scanning status bar (grey with yellow ) on the bottom of the screen blinks on and quickly goes into a solid purple rectangle shape of where the scanning status bar should be.
all formatted fat32 and wtf is this happening????

Go ahead and load the latest bin and see if the setting will be there after this. Also, insert your USB, power OFF with back switch, wait couple minutes and then power back on. Let us know how this does...
