I would like to know this what the difference is between A-1 and 8psk + subboard as well. I bought the 8psk module with the metal casing on ebay, but didn't know that I would need a sub-board with it... as the seller didn't state that in the auction... and he stated that it was compatible with my Viewsonic 9000.

The A-1 8PSK module is a one piece component. The first release modules were 2 piece consisting of the adapter and the module...

Thanks. So, where can I find an adapter for the older modules? I've looked everywhere online, can't seem to find any information.

I might get the new one, but I already have the old module though and need the adapter, so just wondering if I could find the old adapter anywhere?
