Hi,
I found the guide on the 8000 receiver to disapear or at least not update on the fly. If I go to a chnl that has the guide missing it will reload itself as well as other missing guide(s) on the same sat. Is this normal for Coolsat receivers?
Before upgrading, our VS platinum did not do this.
Does your clock reset. Mine gets the guide but because the system tim keeps resetting to 14 hours ahead of my local time it appears that the guide has not updated. When I scroll up 14 hours there it is.
I took a look at the clock and it looks fine. I know that will screw things up. If HD channel guide is missing I just have to go to a HD channel and they wil re appear as if you have to stay on the sat to keep getting the guide.
