coolsat 8000-help needed

I seem to close to watching tv. Goat a coolsat 8k. On my EPG, every channel is listed. When you look at the time slots, everything is in arabic or something like that. Its not on every channel, but is the only thing written in some of the time slots.
Beside that, If I click "ok" on one of those foreign words, the screen goes blank for 1 second, comes back on with "Standy..Download!". It will stay for hours.
I think this is only a small correction, maybe in the satellite setup info. I tried to change LNB settings, disqe settings and still nothing works.
I have a dish pro with quad legacy lnb. My satellite signal and quality is upper 90's, so thats not the problem.
This is my 3rd day trying to gety TV. My Viewsat 7000 in the other room took 1 hour, no problem. by the way, my Viewsat is hooked up to same antenna, no problem.

What could it be???????????????????

Do factory reset and reload the new bin.

After the factory reset, new bin, Do I rescan sat's again?

factory reset -----> reload new bin -----> resetup your dish setting -----> rescan
