No EPG Info
How do I get EPG program guide information to show up.

Try going into menu and then user setting

It should be like Rick said in your Menu, system settings, user options, misc, then arrow down to stand by EPG and make sure it is ON. Exit out press red button on your remote, sould be at top, leave off for Five minutes and the EPG will poulate. You will need to every few days put the STB on channel 239 ( WGN ), leave it there for a little so it can update, their are other channels that will populate the EPG, but, I found 239 works great...

where is user options. it's not on our system settings menu.

Sometimes it takes sometime to pull the info in!!!! Give it time also if you delete the channnels you NEVER watch this will help speed everything up if you don't use get rid of them

Make sure yout time zone is set right and then go to channel 239 on 119 and leve it there for 2 min.

Turn off rear switch then after a few seconds turn it back on.

I was thinking that if you didn't receive signal from both sats the EPG guide would not load, could be wrong??

I know for DN the EPG is on 119 but I have never just had 110 alone but like I said I need to try it for my knowledge.
