coolsat 8000 key loading problems

Lost my audio and video. Tried downloading the new keys. When I go back to the station it says Stand by, Download. Turned off TP and auto loading, reentered the keys, still the same. What do I put in the first two boxes before I start entering the keys? Please help. Worked all night, can't get it.

With coolsat 8000HD (no usb) and file 11168f I enter advanced menu but pressing 1 2 3 4 does nothing. The instructions with illustrations seem to indicate that I don't go into factory reset, channel upload or S/W upload, just press 1 2 3 4 when advanced menu shows. If this doesn't work and mute exit doesn't work is there any other way to get into key entry area?

I finally got it! I tried a combination of methods, went to advance menu and pressed 8 2 8 2 it took two tries but then got me into the key area!!

hi, any one can explient to me step by step , how to get in to advance setting menu on a coolsat 8000, becouse when i press menu button and Im in to it, I don't see any tab that says "advance" or somting similar, please need help.

hi I been trying to get in to the advance menu in my coolsat 8000 by pressing "mute and exit " "8282" but nothing happens please can any one tell me how to get in , to change the keys mannualy.

You must download your key loaders and your upgrades before you can get into advanced menu keyloader. It was 1234 but if you have downloaded the upgrades 68f or 69f, then it is 8282. Just go to advanced menu and punch these numbers in and it should work.

none of these method works, i try all of them and nothing, I have no idea when to put key

Press in sequence 8282fast

ı Enter the keys manually on Express Vu lines (1 key is made of – 2 rows)
