Need helpstting up with Mac ...

Hello to all, my name is jampman and I look forward to being a part of your commnity. I'm a senior and work with a Mac system. If there are any other Mac users out there please contact me as I do not know how to download files to my Coolsat 8000 HD. I currently take it over to my friends to do it on his PC. So if there are any one out there I look forward hearing from you.
