help on cs 8000hd lockup

new bin 11451f lock me up cannot do reset

Same thing happend to me...To fix it, I installed the reset file, then the factory file, and then the latest bin. The first time did not work...second time around did the trick. Good Luck!!

where do i find the reset file and the factory file thanks alot

There is a file called CS8000 Clean File Or CS8000 Clear File. It Removes the previous file form the box.
