what am I missing?

am still trying to get my friends box up and going i have read all I can find and have all the settings correct and have updated the STB and loaded the bin file I know its right just not loading the bin. I can see channels 100 and 500 and they are fine plenty of quality and signal just nothing but free channels up and going any body have any ideas?

make sure your auto roll is turned on and put on channel 200 and leave it for the keys to roll in

not usb equipped and auto roll is on thats what is driving me crazy let it run to roll in all day and still nothing

Make sure your receiver is up to date.
If you are watching 100 and 500.
You are at the right direction.
But i'm not sure you have update the receiver.

If you are getting 100 then the keys are not the problem. (but you can check then just to be sure/GET KEYS HERE below)
Did you scan the birds?
Did the EPG load with channels?
If so, see if NASA #213 DN is working.

If it is working & not the other channels...then do a power reboot from rear of unit...OFF 10 seconds...then ON and wait. (few minutes)

If still nothing...start over with a reset.

okay guys dumb founded how do you turn on auto roll is it not the free and cas option since it does not say ar? what is the deal with that anyone know?
epg loaded and channels up get 100 and 500 as well as 213 nasa and I have re did set up time after time and just cant figure what the deal is no reason not to work.

When you load a new bin, the settings will be set by the coders.
Such as autoroll will be turned ON automatically by the bin file. (not to worry)
You don't want to turn it OFF, or it won't work buddy.

If you get ch #100 / 500 / 213 NASA then that means the receiver is working (and the dish is right with good signal) & the bin file is outdated. (it won't unlock the other channels)
And I bet you display Scramble Channel...right?

Now I'm starting to think you have a problem uploading the bin.
If so, we will continue to try & help you until you get it...just keep posting your results for us.
Are you extracting / unzipping the bin file prior to upload? (and the loader?)
If not, your loader won't find the file.
