It kinda looks like Dish Network is trying to say that FTA boxes are produced with the sole intention to pirate. Now why is Dishnet taking this guy to court instead of the manufacturer? TDG does not manufacture FTA boxes does he?

It looks like a round about way to try to have sales banned without taking on another few corporations in court.

If he was selling the boxes loaded with the software needed to decrypt Dishnet then thats kinda dumb.

Even operating a site like ABA and owning a store that sells FTA boxes is walking a line.

That is good info and a pretty interesting read.
