cannot load bin file - ABA DSS

Hi Sparky here I just purchased a Magnum xv 3300 and downloaded the 2.2 loader program and bin file 151 my problem is when I get to the part where it says turn on receiver the message says sending for a few seconds then get "file transfer failed error count exceeded" I have checked the null cable it is good pinconfig 2-3 3-2 5-5 aalso the com port is ok cuz use the same one for my fortec and it is ok have checked the speed of said port it is set at 9600 have tried to load loader 1.4 for the receiver but that went for a crap too some error message any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated maybe the site I downloaded the program and bin file from is wonky or I am doing something wrong still I don't pretend to be a master at this stuff but have flashed my fortec many times over the past 3 years so have some clue as what do do1 any help would sure be appreciated thank you..Sparky

Did you UNZIP bin and files.

Hmm ok try to change your com port baud rate from 9600 to 11500 to see if it works.

Use the older loader because I had the same issues until I tried the older one.
