cannot update keys

I flashed with the new factory bin then with the 154 and 154S bin, able to scan all channels at 110 and 119 but when finished, even with autoroll on, tp on, keeps saying "WAIT WHILE KEYS ARE UPDATING" for 4 days now.
I then went into SOFTCAM to try and manually input keys but there is no PROVIDER ID for DISHNET, just BEV, GLOBECAST and several others.
please help.

have you turned ON your autoroll?

Yes, Sir, AUTOROLL is on and allelse that is relevant is on.
There is NO PROVIDER ID for DISHNET so I cannot even manually enter the keys.

Try hard booting from the back switch and if still a no go, factory default, reload 154s, turn A/R option to debug instead of on or off! No need to load factory bin again.
