Whatever has happened to our magnum support?
I absolutely love the magnum, it is a great receiver, but am going to have to buy something else because there are no files anymore. Just wondering why this top rated team and machine went downhill so fast.

yeah i dunno buddy.
sounds like they are doing allot of talking from what i hear but talk is cheap as they say.
i would move on.

If you go on their site you would think that everything is moving along just fine with support but in reality it seems that they have some serious problems. While looking at what has happened to the price of maggies ( now $89 ) I have to wonder what is the life expectancy of this unit ? I would not advise anyone to buy their products until they show better support for any and all of their products without excuses of how difficult it is to perfect a bin or that they want to make sure they have a workable bin without any glitches. SAVE your money...............

It wasn't asking too much so somebody else fixed the problem for the Maggie users. They allowed people to be able to start closing their doors again!
