I don't have the magnum Buddy, but if I were you I would load the factory file in it first, then load the latest release. Usually if you have a problem like you describe, entering the factory file back and starting over will fix the minor problem. Remember though, when you do enter the factory file, it will erase all your sat settings, so write them down. Then load the factory file, new third party file, enter your sat settings, scan sats again...
