No local channels or Guide
No local channels on VS PRO

The setup for local channels is selected 133- PR and is on for local channels. After a few channels scan, no lacals found.

Also, the Guide shows no event information even when seems to be doing the downloading. take about 5 minutes to do the downloading. The time setup is OK.
