I realy do believe we will have a triple crown winner this time.Big Brown keeps pulling hard towards the end of the races.I just hope we don't see another horse having to be put down.I love watching a horse race but not at the expense of putting them down.

I guess bonds bought out the last of the performance enhancing drugs.At least he did finnish and no horses had to be put down.I realy thought that we would see history , I guess the passing of long time sports announcer Jim Mckay was an omen of how it would end , I always loved listening to him giving wire to wire calls.Great man , well as far as the triple crown we will have to wait.

I was so disappointed, but, I guess they ran him with a major crack in a hoof. My understanding .. those can be quite painful depending on where in the hoof they are located. I think he came in last cause the jockey had the sense to pull him up at the end. Oh well, Big Brown, enjoy your new life .......... there are 100's of mares standing in line.. LOL
